Format:CB-2026-XXXXXX-XXXX where the first six digits are the report number and the last four characters are the security tail.
Where to find it: Bottom-right of every Charter report, in the Verify ID block next to the QR code. Also printed on the original email delivery.
About this lookup: Charter does not publish a directory of submitted samples. You must have the Verify ID printed on the original report to access it. If you have lost your Verify ID, email support@charterbioanalytics.com from the email address associated with the original submission.
